Who we are
Root & Stalk sells beetroot and celery drink powder online to UK customers. Contact: hello@rootandstalk.co.uk.
Registered company name, number and trading address to be confirmed before launch.
Ordering
A contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price is wrong, or we suspect fraud.
Payment
We take payment via Stripe at the point of order. We do not store full card details.
Delivery
UK delivery in 2–4 working days. Free over £30, otherwise £3.95. See Shipping.
Subscriptions
A monthly subscription bills on the same date each month and ships one pouch per renewal. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; we don't refund the renewal that just shipped.
Right to cancel (consumer contracts)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Sealed pouches in original condition can be returned for a full refund. Once a pouch is opened we cannot resell it for food safety reasons, so we can only refund unopened pouches – but see our 30-day returns for our wider promise.
Food safety and allergens
Root & Stalk contains celery, one of the 14 UK regulated allergens. Allergen and ingredient information is on every pouch and at the point of purchase. If you have a food allergy, check the pouch label before consuming.
Liability
We don't exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited by law. For everything else our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes can be brought in the English courts.
