14-day right to cancel
UK consumer law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. Sealed, unopened pouches can be returned for a full refund of the product price.
Our 30-day returns
We go further than the statutory 14 days. If, within 30 days of delivery, you've opened a pouch and it's not for you, email hello@rootandstalk.co.uk with your order number and we'll arrange a refund of the product price. We can't resell opened pouches, so please don't post them back – the refund is on us.
How to return a sealed pouch
- Email us within 14 days of delivery.
- We'll send you the return address.
- Post it back in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the order arrived damaged or wrong.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the pouch back, to the original payment method.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, opened in transit, or we sent the wrong thing, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it – replacement or full refund including postage.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date from your account. We don't refund a renewal once the pouch has shipped, but you can return it sealed under the terms above.
